Currently this piece is unframed. From an abstract start, I imagined a detailed image of a skeletal spine, and then followed the energy into this earth woman, rising out of hot springs, feminine but strong, a reminder of Gaia-energy and holding boundaries that honor her body.
This painting was accepted into the 2022 CVG Gallery show in Bremerton, WA-juror, Carla O’Connor and received the First Purchase Award in the private pre-opening for being the first work of the show SOLD
